Silverlight is a Flash Killer

Following the recent hype - I started to play a bit with Microsoft Silverlight. What can I say ? It seems to me that Silverlight is definitely a Flash killer. Some points on Microsoft Silverlight:

• hosts mini-CLR
• hosts lightweight XAML runtime
• cross-browser

Silverlight is also a development platform therefore I think it is a matter of months until early adopters code a bunch of powerful applications based on it. And deploy them...
