Windows Live Mail Beta does not support Firefox
My hotmail account made a switch to Windows Live Mail Beta. When I browse it with Firefox it says -- "Is something missing? Sorry, we’re not yet done building all Mail Beta functionality for this browser.". Lame. I thought it should be the same code base for both. Another annoying thing - banners take 30% of the working space. Interesting, what does Robert Scoble think about this.
BTW, You can consider this post as trashing major internet players in the internet industry: Yahoo! Publisher Network Beta gave me another chance to participate. Yahoo publisher network is the direct competitor of Google Adsense (YPN sent me another invitation several weeks ago.) But I cannot participate:
"(Please note that during the beta period, Yahoo! is only able to serve or accept U.S.-based publishers with a valid Social Security or Tax ID number, and with web site content that is predominantly in English and targeted at a U.S. user base.)"
And the last lame one for today comes from linkedin. Recently it started to fight superconnectors. IMHO, Linkedin service has all its power and user base due to superconnectors. BTW, I'm a superconnector on linkedin (more than 1100 connections) - so feel free to connect.
