MSSQL: Quest Software to compete Red-Gate

Many of MSSQL DBAs know about products from Red-Gate. Speaking of which Red-Gate sql tools make it possible to compare, synchronize, package and backup SQL Server databases. Now, listen to this:

Quest Software releases Schema Compare Beta and Server Compare Beta providing the same functionality. You can download also flash demos of these products from the site. I just played demo and I can say that at least according to demo quest looks more powerful and easy-to-use and dba-friendly than red-gate products. Just one thing I don't understand. Is it free ?

Also TOAD for SQL server 2005 is announced.
