.Text 0.95 Stored Procedures revamp

.Text 0.95 blogging engine by Scott Watermasysk is my favorite among blogging engines. I'm playing a lot with it lately. Lately I revamped all T-SQL here, boosting performance, fixing some bugs, adding some hints and tricks and performing a bit tuning over there. I can say it gave a huge performance gain to the site. All the work was done in T-SQL and there is no need to recompile the application (for this version of revamp at least). You can download the whole procs script removed.
