In-line skating is both challenging and hazardous
Today I gave my first serious roller blade ride. Mostly in the streets around the house and some on Dizengoff and Arlozorov (it's in Tel Aviv), since it was not much traffic there. For 2 hours. It is just fun. The speed and the feeling that you are 16 years old again. I think bicycle riders do not have such a feeling. I didn't fall once but I have to get some defense on my hands, since sometimes you may fall or have to make emergency stop before you end up under the bus or something. Also I got more confidence both in ride and in slowing down. Anyway if you passing Dizengoff at night and you see a crazy guy on rollers - you know - it's me.
It seems to me that in 2-3 weeks I will be able to participate in Tel Aviv rollers ride which takes place
once a week on Tel Aviv streets at night. Put in the small pocket.
