Google, snow and stock
This weekend Google employees go out altogether to the "annual company romp in the snow". Among other stuff is ski and some celebrations, since there are hundreds of new millionaires in the club. The price per share has already reached 205$ and climbing from 85$ per share after the IPO in august. I beleive that the company would have changed with the big money and sudden wealth. You know we are all human and there is a difference in share allotments from employee to employee that are doing the same work actually. Sometimes this difference may be rather huge. Also it is not the same motivation after you work hard writing code for lets say 3 years and after stock options are taken. Lets say several millions. What do you think ?
