Dealing with Referral Spam

Comment spam is dead at least here on this site. Thanks to CAPTCHA control for ASP.NET. I have a bunch of spam referrals each day though. Most of them happen because of failing comment spam. Clemens has some thoughts about spammy referrals. I have such a black list also. They all are waiting for DOS and permanent redirects.
