Access Denied to Tape Media Problem (ntbackup)

I've managed to solve a backup problem recently. Suppose you have SCSI tape drive. You want to backup with ntbackup. When you start windows ntbackup utility you get the following error : "Access Denied to Tape Media" even if you are the administrator. I finally realized that this message means that your ntbackup database is corrupted and you have to recreate the new one from scratch. See the resolution (link above) - the one with 2 restarts worked for me.
