There are hard questions, a lot of documentary, eyewitnesses on the tape. The weakest chain of this video, IMHO, is motivation. Actually it is the weakest chain in almost every conspiracy theory. Words regarding insurance money, stock options or US political power just seem ridiculous and do not prove anything except may be that some people had some extra information before and after the event. That's all.
