Microsoft to acquire MessageCast LiveMessage service

MSN acquired MessageCast LiveMessage service. I just subscribed to the service 2 weeks ago for the first time mainly in order to test several things. I think the service still has some problems and has to be improved. Anyway the service is disabled until the users review and accept the new MSN Alerts Publisher terms of use. Anyone knows how many customers do they have right now ?
