PubSub API for Developers
PubSub API describes "protocol reference and sample transactions for connecting to the PubSub". After looking through PubSub API protocol - I think API is not flexible enough, since I don't think it is a good idea - internet integration working on port different than 80. Especially when you pass XML data. However PubSub's LinkRanks formula is interesting though.
